The PSV Patient Access Portal is available to patients receiving care from certain health and social services departments in Quebec. It is a provincial web platform designed to empower users to take control of their own care. PSV stands for Plateforme de soins virtuels, the French name of the Virtual Care Platform.
You need an invitation from a healthcare professional to access the PSV Patient Portal. If you have received an invitation and are logging in for the first time, please visit the Create an account.
This online tool allows you to perform remote healthcare activities such as:
- receiving messages from your healthcare providers;
- filling out questionnaires;
- participating in teleconsultations (video calls).
