The PSV Patient Access Portal is available to patients receiving care from certain health and social services departments in Quebec. It is a provincial web platform designed to empower users to take control of their own care.
This online tool allows you to perform remote healthcare activities such as:
- receiving messages from your healthcare providers;
- filling out questionnaires;
- participating in teleconsultations (video calls).
PSV stands for Plateforme de soins virtuels. It is the French name of the Virtual Care Platform.
